If you can help her blood to stay cool, it will help her to stay cool. Ice in a towel around the front of her neck will be the best place to help cool the blood. Plus all the other good advice you've been given. You will be amazed at how well a pan of ice and some manual fanning will help to cool you down. If she or you, really starts to get stressed from the heat just fan yourselves in front of a pan of ice and it will help greatly.
