Check his gums as they should be pink. If they are white then his sugar level is low. Give him some Nutrical. Make sure he drinks water as those little guys get dehydrated very quickly. Boil some chicken breasts and rice and feed him that. It usually helps settle their tummy. If the dog continues to vomit for more then a day it needs to be seen by the vet. I would definitely go to the vet and check him out. Those little guys go downhill so quickly. Keep us updated.
