 Help!
My male yorkie keeps peeing on my daughter's shoes!! He has peed once on my son's but keeps going for the flip flops!! I also can't keep any type of rug on the floor or towel or clothes... he will pee on them!!! It doesn't matter if he just went outside he will still do it. What can I do?? Will getting him neutered help this? Also, he is a barker. Barks at every little thing and if you try to make him stop he goes louder and longer. I would like to know the correct way to stop this.
