How can anyone treat a tiny 3 lb dog like that? What kind of sick person finds pleasure in abusing an animal that can't defend itself? I feel so sorry for this poor precious baby and I pray she is able to recover and live a long and happy life.
I made a small donation (not as much as I would like to donate because Katie has a lot of vet appointments set up to figure out the extent of her heart murmur and if it will require surgery -- but I guess something is better than nothing).
