Is your little guy free fed or do you feed twice a day?
Free feeding can be hard to work with to get them house broken.
If he eats two (or three) meals a day, you can take him outside after each meal. If he doesn't poop, keep him confined indoors for a bit and take him outside again. Keep doing it till he gets the idea. It can seem like a lot of work but you have to be consistent and it will pay off!!
