The Temps, are nearly over 100' degrees right now, and it is windy outside too. The AC is on , but the power seems to be starting to flicker off and on

Last week we lost power twice in one day> For hrs at a time, and it was not nearly as hot, it was in the 90's. We are on the 2nd floor.
I am a bit freaked out if it goes out again, today. My Little Suzi , and ideas what I can do? to keep her cool , and not sick?

Quick answers pleasse, I am aready anxious
