I have a few things you can do:
1.) Water, water and more water. NO soda, not even diet. If you like juice, water it down.
2.) Eat all the green leafy stuff you want. Dark green vegetables: all you can eat (no butter of course). They have nonfat butter spray that you can substitute real butter for(I can't believe it's not butter, tastes just like butter but no fat)
3.) Eat 6 times a day (small portions).
4.) Eat only light or non fat.
5.) No fried foods.
6.) Vinegar on salads or non fat dressing.
How bad does that sound? How long before the wedding?
