That's the only way I can loose weight.
I lost 20lbs two years ago by counting calories and have
kept it off. That's how I live my life.
My matabolism stinks. If I go over 1,500 I gain a lb.

I do my best to stick around 1,200 daily
I am 5.4 and now weigh 130. This is where I want to be
any less people tell me I look sick.
Of course low carbs as well. It's funny whenever I do
eat carbs, pasta, bread etc I feel so bloated!
Both I could live on too.
