Some people do not have sensitivity towards other people, which is a shame. Some people need to learn how to treat people the way they want to be treated. Sometimes we have to report these rude people to their boss in order for them to learn how to treat people. If we can talk about how to kindly treat animals on this forum than we can do it for people too.
