Thank you all for your advice
I tried some little training treats that the Petsmart puppy trainer sold me, but they gave him loose stools and he didn't seem too wild about them..left some on the floor uneaten. I am just very concerned about giving him anything on a regular basis, like when training, that might make him overweight,(a problem which I feel took at least a year off the life of my last yorkie.)
