I'm glad the vet checked his ear. Middle ear infections can cause a head tilt and a vertigo kind of experience

he's 11 and seems his head is stuck in that position, falls over when he walks, happening 2 days now, vet hasn't performed any tests yet, wants to see if antibiotic clears possible ear infection
