I too have a 9 week old puppy and she is outta control sometimes! She goes through little spurts of energy and tries to eat everything (including me) and she runs around like a maniac. And then she suddenly stops and sleeps for an hour lol. Its just a normal puppy thing I think. I feel like I tell her "no" way too much but I think it'll be best in the long run....
