I think "needs meds" is a good idea.
If they don't know what kind of meds, they are going to be less likely to keep them because they won't know how to treat them and have to go through all of that testing again. Does that make sense? Or if you start listing everything that is wrong with them, I guess that would deter somebody from keeping them too. If somebody took Ellie and found out about everything, I'm pretty sure they'd be like, "Just take her back."
