Maybe you could be referred to a specialty vet who has a hospital set up and board certified surgeons so if she were to have any reactions they would be better equipped to handle it. I had to have Cali spayed this way and she also had a liver biopsy. They couldn't pull her retained puppy teeth because her temp started to drop. I hope you can safely get her spayed.
