You know, I'm almost certain I know where this came from. One day he got a piece of plastic that had wrapped raw meat (cellophane) and I had to dig it out of his mouth - he was INSISTENT on eating it. I thought I had gotten all of it, but I guess not.
Well, if nothing else, we are going to change things seriously around here. No more table food, no more scraps, only puppy food (the vet can get us ProPlan), no more unattended wanderings in the front yard and the floors will be swept multiple times a day. We basically live outside (grass roof and no doors) so that makes tracking stuff in really easy.
So, we got a good warning and will be much more vigilant in the future.
