I purchased it from the vet but I believe it is available in the stores. It was $9.30 for an 8 oz bottle.

What it says on the bottle is:

Virbac Animal Health (brand)
Epi-Otic
Ear Cleanser for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens

Cleansing, Drying, Non-Irritating

I'm sure any ear cleaner that says it is drying will be as effective.
