Off-topic....can anyone tell me why she has developed little brown dots all over belly?  This just started in the past couple of weeks. I will post pictures of what I am talking about later.

Ok, here is a picture of her preggo tummy and also of these brown spots that I was talking about. They do not flake or come off....they look like little freckles and just started recently.
She doesn't look big in the picture but poor thing, when we pick her up she is already grunting because she is feeling "squished". She is normally around 5.6ish pounds but is up to 5.14 (as of today).
