Normally they are willing to titer for parvo and distemper.
I think they can do hepatitis but it is a bit more specialized.
I haven't seen it done.
Rabies of course it s a waste of time.

Titers aren't normally done (and may not even be possilbe) on the non-core vaccines that only last a short time (parainfluenza, lepto, corona, lymes, bordatella). Most dogs shouldn't be getting most of these anyway.
