I don't remember exactly how I brought it up but when I said I didn't want to do all of them, she brought up titers, so I didn't have to.

I guess if I was going to a new vet, when the vaccine topic came up I'd just say something like, "I don't want him to have every vaccine every year and would rather do titers." Remember, the vet works for you and he is your dog. If they want to give you a hard time, there are other vets out there...
