Showing is not for the faint hearted and you must have thick skin or develop scales. However, if you remember what we show for; To Gain Approval Of Our Breeding Stock, this will keep you focused on your goal and your mind off the politics that go hand in hand with most everything we do.
I've had the wonderful experience of showing yorkies in the Central and Southern US, and showing there is a pleasure. Yes, there is a competitive spirit, but when the showing is done we all travel, room, and socialize together. All yorkie exhibitors set up together and help one another.
