Can you explain a little better for me. You say head tilt. Is it kinda hanging over to the side or does it seem stuck in that position? Unsteady walking meaning? Does he ever fall from the walking? And is this a every day thing or once in awhile?
I'm glad the vet checked his ear. Middle ear infections can cause a head tilt and a vertigo kind of experience
