No luck with google and some animal health sites. Idiopathic does mean unknown reason so I'm assuming the problem developed due to an unknown reason.
Symptoms are a spaced-out look, tilting head to the side, unsteady walking, lack of appetite so vet called it idiopathic stimulitis, gave an anitbiotic in case head-tilt was due to ear infection.
I'm looking to make more sense of it.
