I started attempting to walk her as soon as she had all her shots, last spring/summer she would refuse to walk though. So, mostly I carried her. This year she is really enjoying the walks so I want to keep up with them, and I also can use the exercise myself. This just happened to be the first night where it was raining and the question came to my mind. I ended up going out with her wearing a lightweight winter coat. She wasn't thrilled about walking in the rain at first but after a minute or two she didn't seem to mind. I wouldn't take her out if it was a really strong rain or storm of course. We did only do 1 trip around our neighborhood tonight though, we usually do 2. When she seen our house the first time round she made a beeline for the driveway. I figured that was her way of telling me she had enough of the wet stuff. LOL

I think i'm going to look into getting one of those leashes with the unbrella's on them
