If your puppy is sick or was just sick (since he did spend the night at the vet i'm going to assume he's not 100%) he shouldn't be getting a vaccine just yet. His immune system isn't back to normal yet and the vaccine could just upset his system even more.
Puppies start getting their distemper combo vaccines at 8-9 weeks. i'm shocked the breeder allowed the puppy to leave the house without having at least one vaccine... after the first vaccine, 2-3 distemper boosters are given. |
