I'm sorry to hear he is still at the vet. I think you should call them up and ask for some more information on his condition. As little time as he spent with you it's probably hard to realize that you do have the right to know whats going on with him. It seems odd for a vet to keep a pup there as a precautionary act in regards to a possible respiratory infection. If it is just a sinus infection what is the vet doing for him that you can't do at home?
