Sadly, I do have to turn many away in TX because of the lack of foster homes. I had just placed one of my fosters recently so it worked out for me to take Gizmo. I always do my level best to find someone to help.
Most of the rescues work together to accomplish what we can for them. This state has more yorkies in shelters than many others. Very sad. |
