Accurate & sad...but when it's bringing in the $$ for them, they don't care about the children it seems. You'd think they could/would use some of the money they've made off of them (yea I know they're paying them also) but the compassion side of TLC could have an episode or 2 where they pay for some counseling or something for them for the sake of the kids(and they're ratings if they want to have another season of Jon & Kate plus 8)...
