Please help us!!!
My boyfriend and I got Kingston 3 nights ago. I have been reading about training like crazy, and it is so much harder than you would think!

Kingston is put in his crate, in our bedroom at night where he can see us.He is put in our office which has all of his puppy supplies when we are not home. He whines and yips non stop whenever the door to the office is closed or when he is put in his crate. The issue is that we can't sleep because of all the barking! He finally fell asleep last night for a good 6 hours and woke up at 4 am barking. I took him out to go to the bathroom and... nothing! He wont go outside! He holds it for hours and hours until that one moment we aren't watching he pees inside ( thank goodness we don't have any carpet in our house). We feel so lost, tired and sad. Any suggestions to get him to stop whining??? I understand the whole psychology of why he is making noises but we need some relief. I am worried that Kingston's puppy-ness is going to turn into something we can't handle
