Awwww!! I'm sure you do miss his snuggling!! We are doing something similar. Snickers is small and has been sleeping with me and my husband for the past 6 months or so. Well, hubby and I are a little smushed since Snick never wants to sleep vertical and being a good foot and few inches long, when he sleeps horizontal, we are clawing to stay on the bed on the edges ha!! What we are doing to transition him, is I have a leather storage bench and we put that along the side of the bed with his bed on it. At about 5am every morning Snick will jump in bed with us and find a spot he can be comfy in, but he seems to like his own personal space for most the night and so do we

It's working out well...but I miss him too sometimes and will scoop him up in the middle of the night to cuddle with me before 5am
