I have to wonder if this is a sham. This person has made two posts both about the same. The other one added a solution to "cut his nuts off." If they are going for the shock factor in this and the other post, they don't know true dog owners. We see enough of "it" that them slinging a little is not going to make us blush and run.
If they are serious and just a little more plain spoken than most, then I too, would agree with advice to confine the dog, use pads, and add that timing food and potty breaks might help. Puppies often have to go about 15-20 minutes after eating.
