Only one person was yelling profanity and it was NOT me. I do NOT condone what was said and I agree it was uncalled for. It could have been said in a kinder tone. But I still think the OP should have made it clear that the yorkie was not "STEPPED ON". It was obvious that everyone who read her post read it exactly the same way and all assumed that when she said it was STEPPED ON that she meant it was STEPPED ON. Once again, a WHOLE LOT OF DRAMA COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED If the OP had posted again. Whether she KNEW thast we could tell she was still logged inb or not doesn't matter. She already said she kept it logged in and kept checking back for advice. When she saw that everyone was concerned, why not post again and say it was not as bad as she made it out to be? |
I did not say it was you or that I was talking about anything you posted!

This is the second time you posted that it was not you when no one accused you. In your previous post you said, "
I did NOT belittle the OP! I did NOT BLAME the OP! I did NOT swear at ther OP! " when no one accused you of belittling or blaming. Why are you thinking the posts are directed to you? Why are you taking it all so personal as to "yell" in caps at me? I definately was not communicating with you at all. I did want to give some support to the OP who I did not think made her first post sound as bad as several took it. But there is a huge difference in thinking it was serious and urging her to find immediate help, and the post that cussed at her with an insulting tone.
When I said to give people credit for their intelligence, I was not insinuating that anyone was not intelligent. I am glad you think you are "
very intelligent" but that really was not at issue. I definately do not think that everyone that read her post thought the same thing. I for one thought differently than you did. Several went each way with it. I felt certain in my own mind that had it been that serious of a step on the puppy, she would not be calmly holding it in her lap. But that is because I did give her credit for her intelligence. That is no reason to jump down my throat. I did not even rant at the poster I felt had treated her unreasonably. I even went on to add in another post that everyone meant well even those of "us" that went over the top. I probably would not even have added to the thread but it was a new member being treated very roughly when she casually asked for signs if an injury might turn out to be serious.
And speaking of avoiding drama, I think you could be avoiding it now by not acting like I was directing any comment at you. I still do not understand either of your very defensive posts when no one directed anything at you. Don't put yourself in the firing line when no one else did. That is stirring drama. We can think differently and not have hysterics. Truce!
