you mentioned the clothing that doubles as harnesses. are those secure enough for a dog that likes to pull you on the walk? or so if they see another dog that they want to rip apart?
my husband walks extremely slow and buckeye wants to get there fast. my husband needs to be the one with cart wheels under him.
