Gizmo is 6 months now and whenever we let him outside to potty he'll run around barking like crazy even at 10pm at night! We have a stockade fence so he always thinks that the neighbors dog is outside and won't stop barking! Then once he gets barking he won't listen to anyone, won't come back inside and just goes crazy! Even if I'm walking him and he sees other dogs outside he just starts barking and crying uncontrollably! Other than that we really don't have any problems with him. Could this be due to his testosterone? Will he calm down if we get him neutered?
