It may be heat stroke but I'd give her some honey, sugar, nutri-cal, agave, or something very sweet to make sure she's not hypo first. Then be sure to keep her cool, lots of water and keep an eye on her.

Curly pulled this little stunt a while back and came right back to life when I put a bunch of honey in her mouth.
