Sorry but "shaking and making strange sounds when she breaths" is NOT just being stubborn. Not coming when you call or continuing to tear up a tissue, or not using her pee pad -- those are things you can call stubborn, but shaking and breathing with strange sounds is something a vet needs to take a look at. Even if she is acting fine now, you need to take any new puppy to your own vet within a couple of days of purchase. This makes sure there are no disease or conditions that need to be addressed by the vet and/or taken up with the breeder. So, I would definately try for an appointment as soon as possible. If she is no longer doing it,you might be able to avoid the emergency vet, but still get her seen soon.
Do you have Nutrical for Puppies on hand? If so, rub a drop or two on her gums. That will help if the shaking is caused by low blood sugar. If no Nutrical on hand, try a couple drops of Karo syrup. Be sure she is eating well.
