If it WASN'T as bad as she made it out to be, why the heck couldn't she have posted again and said so???? Instead she stayed LOGGED into YT (obviously NOT looking for an ER vet) and read all the concerned posts but chose not to answer. Then to come on here again this morning to let us all know that she did NOT follow any of the advice of anyone here and miraculously the yorkie who was "STEPPED ON" (as opposed to kicked or maybe a stepped on toe) is perfectly fine. I can say with absolute certainty that if a 3 lb yorkie was STEPPED on in the manner she first posted it would NOT be perfectly fine this morning. I think the OP has to take some responsibility for posting her original post to sound obviously so much worse than it was. And if it was NOT as bad as she thought, she obviously knew that very shortly after since she decided it wasn't bad enough to go to the vet. A whole lot of hurt feelings could have been avoided if she only had posted again that it wasn't as bad as she thought. She was already logged into YT, reading the responses, so why not put every one at ease by letting us know that it wasnt actually STEPPED ON in the manner she first led us to believe. Sorry, but under those circumstances, I am going to stand by what I originally said.
I've followed this thread as soon as it was opened> Yours responses were RIGHT ON TARGET! I absolutely agreed with you 100% There was never anything in your remarks that were offensive at all. ONly ONE poster that comes to mind was attacking the OP, and it certainly had nothing to do with your coments or feedbAck. I tried to also add advice and convince her to go to the ER VET.
I wish she did let us know about her puppy , then wait until today. However there were people slamming her, and it was uncalled for. I believe this is why she stayed off here.
IMO, I am not convinced the puppy is out of danger. THE OP says the pup is behaving normally, hover, I would still advise you to take the puppy in fro A FULL EXAM.
This is a 12 week old puppy. And a serious accident occured. Sometimes injuries show up later, but by then it is too late.
I have thought about your puppy , Lucy all night long. PLease take her to the vet. What is stopping you from doing so?
