Alright, so, I've convinced Finnigan to let me give out some more hints about his secret buddy. It took a whole handful of YY's but he said that he's ok with it.
So, I can tell you that Finnigan is younger than his secret buddy and that he really really had fun buying stuff for a girl. Not that the last part is really much of a clue, but it'll have to do for now.
