I feel the need to say something about chatboards, just in case you are new to them.
I've posted on various online boards for 11 years. Just like in real life speech, there are many different posting styles. Some people think carefully and analytically before they post...and, as you can see, some don't. Personally, I'm one of the latter. Sometimes I get emotional and post passionately...then regret it later and need to apologize.
I think what you saw here was shock, horror and fear for your Lucy's well being...not meanness. Truely.
My advice to you would be to
never leave a valuable board like this one, just because of one incident. I promise you...there is no such thing as a perfect board, filled with perfect posters.
Even though I am relatively new here, I can see this is a wonderful board for Yorkie lovers. (Or special little muttlets like my Zoey
.) Please stay and benefit from all the caring and help this board has to offer. You won't be sorry.
