Mandie was right under 5lbs when she was spayed and did okay. They didnt send us home with pain meds, which was a BAD thing to do!!! She was sore for the first 2 days but then was back to normal. I bought a baby onsie for her to wear because the cone was too big for her to wear. She didn't bite or lick at the stiches b/c of the onsie she wore! That was probably the best investment I made!!! (the premie, 0-3 mth size works best!!!) Good luck Hannah with your spay....you'll do just fine!!!!!!!!
