Only try one thing at a time she may be overwhelmed with all the new stuff you are trying. Let her play with her harness and leash so she knows it's not scary, but don't let her chew them. Once she does that she will no longer respect them and chew them all the time, even to get away. Take her to the mailbox and right back tiny trips may increase with her comfort level. It's a big scary world out there!
