ditto, this absolutely warrents an emergency vet visit !!! so many thing can happen in a short amount of time. it is NOT!!! a good idea for her to be sleeping, incase she has any brain injury..... are you sure she was stepped on and just didn't get under for like thay ALWAYS do because they want to be where everyone is. please follow the advise of the previous posted and me and get going!!
