I would have to agree. A person can buy a pet puppy for under $1000. I just can't imagine paying $1000 rehoming fee for a pet who is already a year old. JMO.. not to say that she isn't worth that and more but like anything else that you sell, you have to take out the emotional ties and realize that chances are you will not recoop the money that you have put out.
She is a doll and many of us would love to have her so I hope that someone gets a return call or she updates us as to whether or not she has been rehomed.
