Hi, my Lexie had those tangles close to the skin, I wet the hair on her chest, then took some conditioner from CC called day to day, worked out the tangles with a comb and we got through it. I have been using that conditioner for a couple of weeks, I notice that if she does have a tangle they are much less and come out a lot eaiser. Hope this helps.
