I have a BS in Medical technology and work as a Medical Technologist in a hospital. A lot of people do not know what a Med tech is....well we run tests on patient specimens. I personally work in the blood bank and ensure safe tranfusions for patients who need them. The lab is the unsung hero of the hospital. 70% of the information that a doctor needs to make a diagnosis comes from the laboratory. I love what I do
