How old is Jeremy? What housetraining efforts are you making? How often? Pooping on work clothes you are wearing at the time or are they laying on the floor where it's convenient? Peeing & pooping is what puppies do best. It's up to us to help them learn potty etiquette.
Neutering him is a good idea at the proper time, but it isn't a substitute for training. Check with your vet. It could help prevent some future problems also.
