I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. I have a feeling there are a LOT of people with similar issues so I wanted to thank you for being brave enough to post.
Like others have said, if the dogs simply can't get along after trying what you are able to, then you have to think of AG!!!! (btw... can I have 1st dibs if you rehome Amelia???

Is it possible for you to keep them separate till you figure out what to do? You have small dogs AND a human toddler... you must have a gate you can use to separate off the rooms.
At least by doing that you won't have to worry about the dogs injuring AG or each other.
