I'm confused by your post, remember, some people are new to forums, and aren't' that computer savvy, and occasionally, they make up a new identity because they can't remember the old one. Are their many recent posts on each identity? If you have some concern that a member is purposely doing this, it might be best to PM admin as they don't read every thread.
