You need to either consult a nutritionist or follow a recipe prepared by a nutritionist if you plan to continue homecooking long term. Dogs have specific nutritional requirements so you can't just make up a recipe. The calcium to phosphorus ratio especially has to be accurate or your dogs can have skeletal, cardiac and/or neurological problems. Dogs have a much higher calcium requirement than we do.
