Argh--HELP! Winston has a new arrival of adult teeth, the problem is that they have grown in behind the baby milkteeth. The top 3 right front teeth are fine (only adult teeth) but the two on the top right have the baby and adult teeth. How should I go about this????

He is very close to 6 months and its about time to get him neutered and I wanted to have the babies removed then, but should I wait until ALL the adult teeth have come in to get the neuter/removal of baby teeth?

Is this a big deal? I know its fairly common, but Im worried. Advice please!
