I was thinking more in terms of a "reinvention" of the knuckle sandwich...as in him chomping down to feast on whoever's knuckles are on the hand that reaches for the beautifully wrapped box! Max is no dummy...he knows there's some good stuff in that box...LOL

Now, we're finally off to mail our box. It got soooooo heavy for some unforeseen reason...LOL My DH thinks it's going to cost a bundle to ship it but we'll see. I may ask him to leave the store after he carries it in for me...LOL...no reason at all for him to know shipping costs. He already is confused as to why it's not going to KY...LOL...I tried to explain but finally just gave up. (I don't think he's ever been in any kind of secret buddy thingey.)
However, I can already see "real" problems if Taffy ever gets an international buddy...eek...probably need a bank loan to ship the stuff...LOL...
The worst thing about the box is that I decided to "repack" it differently and now that it's taped up, there are 2 items that I cannot (at all) recall repacking. I don't see them anywhere around where I repacked the box but I sure don't recall putting them back in there! Since I overdid the taping, I won't know until our SB opens the box and tells what was in it whether I did put those 2 things back in. I declare! I thought I was helping by repacking so that stuff wouldn't shift, etc. and now I am befuddled about a couple of things I have no memory of...LOL
Oh well, this may be a "surprise" box for us, too!
I can't decide if this is just a normal example of my wild and crazy ways or if I'm getting a bit senile in my old age...LOL Thank goodness a sense of humor doesn't have to evaporate with age. (This really is playing tricks on me though....I have absolutely no recollection of repacking those two things yet I can't find them anywhere. However, while I was looking for them, I did find two other things I'd misplaced...LOL...Better cue the music from "The Twilight Zone")
